We don't recommend Pin Parvati Pass in January. The trail is at its best in Jul, Aug, Sep — and there are better options this month (listed below). The trek runs 11 days from Barshaini, Parvati Valley, reaching 17,457 ft at its highest point, and is graded Difficult (5/5). The fee is ₹25,999 + 5% GST with permits, meals, camping and certified trek leaders included.

Weather & trail conditions in January

Expect snow on the upper sections of the trail and frozen water sources near camps. Micro-spikes and gaiters (provided on our snow treks) become essential above the snowline, and daylight hours are short — days start early and end early.
