We don't recommend Buran Ghati in December. The trail is at its best in May, Jun, Sep, Oct — and there are better options this month (listed below). The trek runs 7 days from Janglik, Shimla, reaching 15,000 ft at its highest point, and is graded Moderate-Difficult (4/5). Weather & trail conditions in December

Expect snow on the upper sections of the trail and frozen water sources near camps. Micro-spikes and gaiters (provided on our snow treks) become essential above the snowline, and daylight hours are short — days start early and end early.
