How to do the Nag Tibba trek from Delhi?

The beloved zero-leave plan: board a Friday overnight train or bus from Delhi to Dehradun, arriving by 5-6 AM Saturday — perfectly timed for the morning shared cab to Pantwari (85 km). Trek Day 1 to base camp, summit Sunday at dawn, descend, and be back in Dehradun by evening for the overnight journey home. At your desk Monday, summit photo as proof.
